Service Pack 1 for TimberOffice™ version 2.1


A Service Pack is now available for version 2.1 of TimberOffice™, which was launched in autumn 2003. The Service Pack can be utilized to update the properties of the software and to include some completely innovative functions to the programs. The modifications included in the Service Pack mainly relate to the TimberCenter™ and TimberNavi™ applications, but the Service Pack also updates the SilviA™ application to its latest version 5.01.

Modifications to TimberCenter™

- Support for the PRD files of Timbermatic™ 700/900 systems. The Service Pack enables print-outs of PRD files that have been produced with the help of a load optimizer.
- Modifications to the graphics of the user interface.
- Improved appearance of print-outs.

Modifications to TimberNavi™

- Improved handling of PRI files, which leads to decreased loading of the PC capacity onboard the harvester. Requires version 1.29.1 of the Timbermatic™ 300 system.
- Function that enables the automatic map centralization on the basis of the location of the machine.
- Possibility for arranging level-indication files in the Levels window.
- Improved inter-application browsing enabled by hand panel buttons.
- Possibility to save harvester yield updates also onto a file in TNU format.
- Improvements to the graphics of the user interface.

The Service Pack is available without charge on the TimberOffice™ website, under Support - Downloads. The installation pack is approximately 9 Mb in size and it requires a previous installation of version 2.1 of TimberOffice™ on the machine.
